Thank you for your interest in the Goil Advantage card (G-Card).
We take this opportunity to introduce the GOIL Advantage Card to you. The GOIL Advantage Card is an electronic prepaid card which is provided to existing and prospective GOIL customers to help manage fuel consumption and reduce waste.
The GOIL Advantage card has the following features and benefits:
- Cards are specific to each individual or vehicle: Each beneficiary of fuel, whether staff members or fleet vehicles, will receive one customized card with name and/or vehicle information embossed on the card. Clients can get as many cards as they need.
- Security: Each card has a PIN number or a driver code, which must be entered before a transaction is authenticated.
- Features:
- No purchase time limit
- Driver Code, Odometer Reading, Vehicle ID
- Relationship Manager assigned
- Unlimited number of swipes
- Embossed Personal info on card
- Loyalty points accrued on each sale
- Identifying Information on Receipt: GOIL has trained attendants at the stations specifically to handle transactions related to the GOIL Advantage card. These attendants will enter Product, Vehicle Registration Number, Driver Code and Odometer Reading on the terminal; and this will print on the receipt as well as show on your transaction records. This ensures that cards are only used for vehicles that are registered to them and no other.
- Cash Back Options: Cash back option is currently not available. Future use of the card at our Convenience Shop will soon be introduced.
- Loading Value on Card: Every client will be provided with an electronic loading form, which is pre-filled with your company information, cardholder names/vehicle IDs and account numbers. Whenever you wish to load value on cards, you can submit this list together with your payment to the cashier at GOIL Head office or to Barclays Bank Account Number 0541153101
- Web Access: Corporate clients may subscribe to our web access facility, which enables transport managers to have real-time access to all the transactions that are done over
- Card transaction details / summary / daily
- Balances
- View locations of transactions
- Generate Reports (PDF / Excel)
- Analytical Reports etc
