CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 34 of the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) and Section 40 (b) of the Ghana Stock Exchange Listing Rules,that the Register of Members of GOIL (GHANA OIL COMPANY LIMITED) will be closed to the General Public from TUESDAY 21st DAY OF JULY 2009 TO FRIDAY 24th DAY OF JULY,2009.
FURTHER NOTICE is also given that only shareholders registered in the Register of Members of the Company at the close of business MONDAY,THE 20TH DAY OF JULY,2009 will qualify for the payment of a FINAL DIVIDEND in respect of the financial year ended December 31,2008 to be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
